Spongetech Still Standing! (SPNG) bent but not broken!

I put Spongetech back on buy notice. I feel this stock is poised to make some money for some brave souls. It has been under heavy fire .. class action law suits, SEC investigations and claims of fraud. This story sounds familiar to me. Last time a company went thru this, I made a lot of money on the stock. The stock was Birmingham based HealthSouth.
The two scenarios are very similar. Both had huge growth and great press. Both received SEC sanctions. Both were sued in a class action suit. HealthSouth's ceo went to prison.So far ,no word on Spongetechs.The price went down to the 2 cent range on both. Then, I bought.
The reason I still like Spongetech, is the same reason I loaded up on HealthSouth in the low penny range. The fundamental company is great. The leadership may be poor, butas was with HealthSouth, the marketing and product are strong.
Sponge Bob children's sponge, made by Spongetech, is the leading childern's seller on Amazon.com.
There car was sponges are selling briskly. They have signed marketing agreements with 3 major sports teams in the last month.
We may see a buy out, new management or a merger..but I believe they will not only survive, but prosper. Some brave souls willing to take a chance may be soaking in money, like a sponge!.

I can't see why a company under investigation would be still out there getting more sponsors. If my company was under investigation I would be hiding.

Hi Mike, this is Dragon, again. Looks like the gag is about to come lose around February, which means news will be flowing again and we'll be seeing real financial numbers as well as more PR news. Pike made a nice buy, recently, around 14,430,000 shares or so. Interesting, no?
We do know there are new products coming out, and that they are selling.
I'm looking forward to seeing it uplist, as well.
As far as the Wells thing goes, I'm expecting nothing more than a slap on the wrist, and business as usual.

Pike must know something, they have bought over 130 million shares and bought another 14 million last week. Now, Spongetech comes out with the Dora Explorer and Pink Panther kids sponges. Plus, a deal signed with Marvel (Disney). I do believe they still have a big banner ad for the upcoming SuperBowl. When these guys get their act together and get the financials current and back trading on the OTCBB the stock price is going to take off like a rocket. Sure glad I did not sell my shares. This puppy is ready to take off.
Wow a spongetech board that has'nt been infiitrated by bashers with "no vested interest", just looking to "protect the innocent"!! I recognize many of your handles. All mine have been removed from Ihub as I am in constant TOU violation mode. At any rate I also believe that the fundimental company here is solid, even if mgmt. has done some wrong,(??) we are very undervalued here. Lack of financials being what they are... even rudementary DD says that new products x new retail channels = increased sales.
I have purchased products ,online, at CVS, Walgreens, and Publix here in South Florida. If I may be so bold as to compare my personal shoppping experience with that of other longs across the country, I think we are doing very well and we should get some published figures soon enough. Meanwhile, SNJJMARTIN keepin the faith right there with you.

...this stock is unreal...2-3cents a share! company making tens of millions of dollars every month,,,,walmart.....omg never seen anything like it in all my years in stock investments...pps will skyrocket soon...a life changer here folks...wow....and i mean it!!!!
If there is something here it is truly lost on me. The product(s)are OK and may have some intrinsic value. However, it seems that the manipulations are evident. By now, the company should have scooped up by a legit organization. Why not?

I'd have to disagree with you about the term "speculation" as far as SPNG goes. This company is much more solid than most stocks in NASDAQ, NYE, and American exchanges. Management is very smart and aggressive. I'd liken them to grandmasters of chess who continually surprise us with their moves. There will be many investors finding themselves in life-changing situations, wondering what to do with their profits. Newly-made millionaires will be common. I'd suggest you are a wee bit conservative, but I don't blame you for your caution. Keep in mind the 10K is coming up shortly. This will do a lot to increase investment. Not long after will be the 10Q. There'll most likely be stock dividends and more buybacks. Initial listing in NASDAQ will soon follow. Institutionals and mutual funds will push PPS up even more. All of the lines created by Dicon will be marketed by the wizards at SPNG. This company is a jewel among jewels, and will win the day.
